An active sex life is supposed to be an enjoyable and very important part of a healthy relationship. However, many people have sexual problems at some point in their lives, and call upon some sort of sex therapy.

There can be physical, pyschological and interpersonal and interpersonal reasons why this happens. Sex therapy is provided completely confidentially and all the work is done fully clothed!

Sex therapy is by its nature a very sensitive treatment, and must include respect for the clients values and be completely non-judgmental.

Relationship Counselling

Sexual behaviour does not occur in a vacuum - it occurs within a relationship. The trelationship must, therefore, be accurately evaluated and treated by a relationship counselling expert. Relationship counselling by a counsellor who is trained solely in one to one counselling will be limited in this respect. A therapist who is registered with the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT) would demonstrate a thorough training in relationship counselling
